Refund and Cancellation Policy

At WTF, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

1.2 Order Cancellation by Us

Your order may be cancelled by us for any of the following reasons:

  • Product out of stock / unavailable

  • Payment failure or incomplete payment

  • Incorrect or incomplete address/details

  • Suspected fraudulent or risky transactions

  • Technical errors

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


2. Refund & Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

A return may be requested if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Perishable goods

  • Customised or personalised items

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items marked “non-returnable” on product page

2.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone

  2. Provide order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos

  3. Our team will verify and approve the return if eligible

  4. The product must be handed over to the courier in original condition


3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund Approval

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is:

  • Approved, or

  • Rejected (due to ineligible condition)

3.2 Refund Timeline

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable

  • Refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

3.3 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • In case of wrong/defective items delivered by us, shipping charges will be refunded


4. Replacement / Exchange Policy

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed instead

  • Exchanges for size/color are allowed only if the product is unused and in original condition


5. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
