Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before final payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can track the shipment on the courier partner’s website using the tracking ID.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners generally attempt 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If the delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, the package may be returned to us.

  • Re-delivery may require additional shipping charges.

6. Wrong / Incomplete Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Addresses where the customer is unavailable to receive the package

If the package returns due to incorrect details, re-shipping fees may apply.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with:

  • Please do not accept the delivery

  • Notify us immediately with photos/videos

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable

8. Delayed Deliveries

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Remote location challenges

We will assist in tracking the package but are not liable for delays beyond our control.
