Order Processing

• Smart/Casual Watches: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
• Luxury Watches: These require 2-3 business days for security verification and final inspection before shipment.

Transit Times

Once shipped, Standard delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Security & Tracking

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you immediately once your order ships.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by their destination country.

🛡️ Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility Window

You may return or exchange your item within 7 days of the original delivery date, provided the item meets all return conditions below.

2. Return Conditions (Strictly Enforced)

All returned items must meet the following criteria to qualify for a refund or exchange:

• Original Condition: The watch must be absolutely unworn, unused, and undamaged. We cannot accept watches that show any signs of wear, sizing, scratching, or alteration.
• Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the watch box, outer box, hang tags, protective plastic seals, and all instructional manuals/booklets.
• Accompanying Documents: All original documents, including warranty cards (must be unsigned and unactivated), certificates of authenticity, and receipts must be included.
• Sizing: Watches that have been sized or adjusted (links removed) are considered used and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Note on Luxury Watches: Due to the high value and sensitive nature of luxury timepieces, any sign of wear or damage will immediately void the return eligibility.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Support team or call us to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with the RA Number and detailed shipping instructions.
3. Secure Shipping: You must ship the item back using a trackable, insured shipping method. We highly recommend insuring luxury items for their full purchase price, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit back to us.

4. Refunds and Processing

Once your return is received and meticulously inspected by our technical team, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If Approved: A full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
• Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model or color, please follow the return process above to send the original item back for a refund. You can then place a new order for the desired item at any time. This ensures you receive the correct item faster.
